Poplar Creek Homes – 32 units

Poplar Creek Homes is located on Poplar Creek Street in the Town of South Boston. The Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) project consists of 16 duplexes- 32 units of 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom units. Five of the units are ADA handicap accessible. 12 units are three bedrooms, 16 units are two bedrooms, and 4 units are 1 bedroom. All units were built to EarthCraft standards and Universal Design. Poplar Creek Homes is fully leased. The amenities included in all units are stoves w/ range hoods, refrigerators w/ icemakers, dishwashers, and washers and dryers.
